This ancient Chinese healing art involves movement forms following the Chinese meridians, standing postures, walking meditations, sitting meditations.

It explores stillness within movement and movement within stillness. 

This work helps you to discover your ideal posture, centre of balance, fulcrums for movement, with minimal muscle contraction to move, do sport or be still, efficiently. 

This work will help you relax, and be more aware of your areas of tension, gradually increasing your ability to work with these areas and change them.

It will directly and indirectly change your energy levels,

(through specific techniques to increase energy “chi” in the body and through the basic increase in energy which accompanies regular practise.)

It will allow you to practise preventative health, by boosting your immune system.

It will help you reach health and sustain it and  hence enable you to reach your full potential in life.
